Application conditions.
The rules for requesting a DITISSIM number before any purchase is offered.
Application only
SUBMIT APPLICATION sends a request for consideration. It is not an order, reservation, payment obligation, or purchase contract. DITISSIM may accept or decline an application and does not promise that a submitted number will remain available.
Number and price
Only whole numbers from 1 to 999 are valid within a garment series. If a garment is later offered, its euro product price is the selected number. Number 0 belongs to the house and is never issued.
Contact
Applicants provide an international telephone number because acceptance and next-step instructions are sent there. Payment, final product information, seller identity, total price, and applicable purchase terms must be supplied separately before a purchase can be made.
Fair use
Automated, duplicate, deceptive, or abusive applications may be rejected. Attempts to interfere with number availability, garment records, QR links, or administration are prohibited.
Production gate
Applications can be collected during preproduction. Purchasing and fulfillment remain disabled until legal, product, sampling, tax, payment, shipping, withdrawal, and garment-register requirements are complete and reviewed.
